Bill Jenkins

As Co-Founder of Agile Insurance Analytics, Bill has over 35 years experience in the insurance market in a variety of executive positions including Chief Information Officer at several major insurance carriers. He is well known in the insurance industry as a thought leader, frequent speaker at industry events, and often quoted in insurance magazines. Bill was voted as one of the industry’s “Elite 8” by Insurance & Technology publication. Bill has strong data management, project management, systems development and insurance operations knowledge/experience. He is a member/past member of several IT insurance Advisory Boards and Boards of Directors including Chairman of ACORD 1999 and 2000, Oracle Worldwide Insurance Advisory Board, Pitney Bowes Insurance Insight Board, and is currently leading the OMG effort to develop a P&C industry standard data model.


Barbara Schwarz, Senior Business Consultant

Barbara brings deep technology experience with 35 years in insurance technology as an IT programmer, middle level manager, and consultant specializing in process improvement analysis and strategic enterprise level system selection having had engagements for carriers of all sizes. Barbara has been involved with numerous large system development initiatives over her career and has also participated in and managed support functions for applications. She has a broad knowledge of Property and Casualty lines of business and is proficient in her knowledge of technical solutions available in the industry. Barbara’s skills include P&C specific data model design, project management, and end-to-end P&C insurance processing.

Sue Garza

Agile’s Strategic Advisor, Susan J. Garza, has over 25 years of experience in enterprise-wide data concepts and designs featuring metadata-driven rule abstractions, full traceability, financial integrity, and integrated process controls. The majority of her career has been in property and casualty insurance, with additional consulting in healthcare, human services, and records management services. Sue provides expertise in all aspects of data management, including data modeling, data warehousing, data quality, data governance, metadata data standards, data auditing, process controls, stewardship development, and change management. She is an accomplished leader, manager, architect, and consultant. In addition to these achievements, Sue has spoken on the topics of data quality and information resource management to many professional groups, and has authored articles, white papers, and several chapters of a text. She is active in professional organizations, and is the past president of the Philadelphia/ Delaware Valley Chapter of DAMA (Data Management Association) and past president and chairman of the Philadelphia Section of ASQ (American Society for Quality).

Michael Gallo

Mike manages and implements Agile solutions. He brings deep technology experience with over 30 years in insurance technology as an IT analyst, data architect, data processing manager, and business intelligence executive. He has been building insurance reporting systems, data warehouses and BI systems since 1989 both as a consultant and an in-house practitioner. Mike’s expert technology skills include P&C specific data model design, ETL process design, Oracle Data Integrator, Agency Xpress, Cognos, QlikView, SQL Server, DB2, and legacy conversion.

David Svetcov

Mr. Svetcov has more than 25 years' experience in  Information Management, Enterprise Architecture, Master and Meta Data Management, Relational and Multi-Dimensional Databases,  Business Intelligence and  Enterprise Performance Management, He has earned an impressive reputation within Insurance and Financial Service industries focused on Information Management principals and Business Intelligence.  Mr. Svetcov was a Sales Solutions Architect with Insurity’s Data Products Division, highlighting Insurance Enterprise View (IEV), a Data Hub and Integration solution.  He leverages his deep technical and industry experiences to help current and future customers understand the benefits of a comprehensive data solution.   He is also a member of ACORD.  Mr. Svetcov is a graduate of the City College of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.  He was a Dale Carnegie Instructor at the Dale Carnegie Institute.
